• "Bonus Funds" refers to money added to an account under various promotions, which requires the specified wagering conditions to be met before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times bonus funds must be wagered in total before they can be withdrawn.

bengalwin may at any time request a national identity card, birth registration certificate, or other government-issued document to verify a member's identity. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. The member will be notified once the verification process is finished.

Account Management

Each member is personally responsible for the security and proper use of their account. Please follow the guidelines below on how to manage your account.

3.1 Login Credentials Security

• Username and password must be kept completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the bengalwin support team immediately.
• After logging in from a public device or shared network, make sure to end your session.

3.2 Updating Information

If contact details, mobile number, or payment method change after registration, these must be updated in account settings. bengalwin will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on bengalwin. All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Deposits will only be accepted from the mobile wallet registered with the account.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• bengalwin has the right to hold withdrawals if identity verification has not been completed.

For unusual transactions, bengalwin may request additional information. If evidence of fraudulent transactions is found, the relevant account will be suspended immediately and a full investigation will be carried out.

bengalwin offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Please read the following conditions carefully before claiming a bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. Before this bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times — meaning a total wagering of ৳30,000 is required for a ৳1,500 bonus.

5.2 Other Promotions

bengalwin's active promotions include:

• bengalwin Weekly Reload Offer: 30% bonus on weekly deposits, up to ৳5,000, with 18x wagering.
• bengalwin Slots Bonus: 50% bonus on daily deposits in the slots section, up to ৳8,000, with 20x wagering.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Sports betting results are verified from reliable international sources. In the event of any dispute over a result, bengalwin's decision will be considered final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bengalwin platform. If any such activity is detected, the relevant account will be permanently closed.

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to operate games or betting.
• Intentionally exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Attempting unauthorised access to other members' accounts.

• Colluding or attempting to influence results through fraud.

8.1 Deposit Limit Feature

Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their own accounts. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately; however, increasing a limit is subject to a specific waiting period.

8.2 Self-Exclusion Feature

If a member feels that their gaming habits are getting out of control, they can request a temporary (30 days to 1 year) or permanent deactivation of their account. This request must be submitted to the support team.

8.3 Protection of Minors

bengalwin actively works to protect minors from gaming. If a parent or guardian finds out that their child is using the platform, please notify the support team immediately.

bengalwin will not be liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, government directives, cyber attacks, or any other uncontrollable circumstances.

Section 11

Account Suspension & Closure

bengalwin may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account in the following circumstances.

11.1 Closure by bengalwin

• Serious violation of the terms and conditions.
• Failure to respond to an identity verification request.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Account inactive for an extended period (after a specified time).

11.2 Closure by the Member

If a member wishes to close their own account, they can contact the support team. Before closing the account, it must be ensured that all pending bets have been settled and any available balance has been withdrawn.

Changes to Terms

bengalwin reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove these terms and conditions at any time.

12.1 Notice of Changes
